Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Often, the hardest part of a journey is the first step. With the right therapist along your side to support and help guide you, you can overcome the challenges that come your way. Therapy is most successful when the rapport between a client and clinician is strong and trusting. I take pride in providing clients with a safe and non-judgmental environment where they feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings. Together, we can work towards exploring methods to achieve your goals and decrease stressful issues. My passion is to help others increase their satisfaction with life by decreasing current conflicts and problems. I offer a free consultation to meet with you so that you can decide if I am the right person to support you with your current struggles.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
