Personal Statement:
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in working with pre-teens/adolescents around a variety of issues. I provide parent coaching to those seeking support in helping their children thrive. I offer a warm and genuine approach, seeking to meet clients where they are within their journeys of change and growth. Utilizing primarily Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a Rogerian approach, I aim to adapt my style to honor the current needs of each client.
