Personal Statement:
It has been my privilege to work with individuals and couples, as they gain deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, greater self-awareness, and improved self-esteem. My goal is to assist them in bringing about the changes they desire, creating relationships that nurture them and enhancing their ability to find joy and satisfaction in their lives. Depression, anxiety, life transitions shame, co-dependency, and troubled relationships are areas I have worked with during my 32 years of private practice. I am the author of the book Breaking Free of the Shame Trap: How Women Get into It, How Women Get Out of It.
