Personal Statement:
As your therapist, my goal is to offer support and tools that can help you with life's challenges. We can work together to understand what healthy changes you would like to make for your present and future. I use a "Client Centered" approach that respects your individual ability to make your own decisions. I will work to provide you with a safe, trusting environment to explore and choose the changes that fit your life. My experience includes working with teens and adults dealing with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Posttraumatic Stress and other challenges.
