Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
As a psychotherapist and Jungian analyst, I will help you tap inner resources to better understand and deal with life challenges. We will explore who the 'you' is under symptoms of anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, and low self-esteem.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am flexible in providing the type of treatment best suited for each client, whether it is supportive when navigating difficult life transitions or more analytic when exploring inner dynamics of the psyche and Self. During our work together we can explore how dreams, art, journaling, sandtray and imagination play a part in healing.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who want to connect more deeply with their inner lives, dreams, and unrealized potentials. Together we will work on exploring hidden aspects and dynamics of the psyche. As we do this, individuals often find outer life and relationships changing and find themselves more in harmony with inner wisdom and guidance.

I have offices in Pasadena and West Los Angeles; my hours and rates are flexible, including evenings and Saturdays. I look forward to hearing from you and accompanying you on the journey of self-discovery and fulfillment.

Pamela J. Blawusch, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Carlsbad, CA

I provide a therapeutic environment that allows individuals and couples to explore ideas, beliefs, life experiences, thoughts and feelings that may stand in the way of being who you truly want to be. I can help point out repeating dysfunctional patterns that may exsist in relationships at home, at work and with friends and family.I teach people how to respond in their lives versus getting caught in reacting to personalities and events.
