My experiences have also involved child and adult groups, including school-based groups for learning disabilities. I have extensively trained in a wide spectrum of therapies, both traditional and non-traditional. Influences include humanistic psychology, Gestalt, primal, transpersonal and cognitive approaches. A safe and non judgmental atmosphere is provided to support exploration and the unblocking of attitudes, influences and perceptions which negate relationships and life adjustments.
