Cory focuses on establishing a collaborative relationship with her clients in order to promote progress towards goals that have been identified collectively. Through a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental approach, Cory helps her clients gain insight and understanding into their experiences as well as assists clients in developing and implementing healthy and effective coping skills. Cory offers compassionate and empathic support and guidance as well as implements gentle, direct, and respectful challenges so that her clients feel safe and comfortable with acknowledging and exploring what is working as well as thoughts and behaviors that are contributing to life’s struggles and dissatisfaction.
