Personal Statement:
I provide services to individuals and couples around issues of sexuality, blended family concerns, addiction, divorce and separation problems as well as premarital topics and counseling. I hold a Certificate in Couples and Sex Therapy, Chemical Dependency, and a Certificate in Interactive Guided Imagery. I work with a broad spectrum of persons dealing with stress management and family of origin issues as well as adolescent concerns. My therapeutic approach is to provide support, insight, and plan goals to help clients address challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach. I am a caring professional with superior communication skills and employ compassion and understanding as I work with each individual to help build on their strengths to attain the personal growth for which they are striving. I am easy to talk to and can use humor, when appropriate, to help guide the process.
