Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Life is stressful. A crisis, relationship, work, or financial problems can cause you to feel overwhelmed and discouraged. Defeating patterns of living can help you from the life you want. My approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current and long standing problems. I compassionately help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.

I am certified in Clinical Hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. Hypnosis is helpful in assisting client to meet their goals. I also treat specific problems with hypnosis including IBS, stress, insomnia, anxiety, fears (e.g. test taking, public speaking, driving and flying), improving performance, and building self-confidence.
