Personal Statement:
I see therapy as an empowering opportunity for self-development, that provides you with a place to safely and openly express and explore your thoughts and feelings. I am committed to and inspired by working with people to help them find deeper meaning and fulfillment in their lives. I have worked with individuals dealing with a wide variety of issues including low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorder, substance abuse, and victims of domestic violence. I also have experience counseling children, couples, and families.
