Personal Statement:
Life is about relationships… Make yours GROW! As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in helping people with relational issues. I work with couples, individuals, and families in both private sessions and groups to facilitate enhanced relationships. I primarily practice Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Object Relations Therapy. However, I am also trained in other methods and utilize conceptualizations and interventions from these as appropriate in order to provide effective and efficient treatment based on your specific needs. My Primary Areas of Focus: Couples: Communication, Infidelity, Relationship Dissolution / Parenting & Co-Parenting / Personal & Relationship Growth / Blended Families / Adolescent-Parent Communication.
