Dr. Daniel W. McQuoid, Psy.D., is a licensed Psychologist with a Psy.D., degree in clinical psychology from Biola Universtiy. He provides individual, marital, family, and group psychotherapy for adolescents and adults in two out patient settings located in Long Beach, CA and Brea, CA. He specializes in working with any form of addiction including sexual addiction, issues of codependency, attention deficit disorder, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, men's issues, and issues of childhood abuse. He has a passion for working with clients who have a Christian faith and are struggling with any of the above issues. He leads a men's psychotherapy group that has been in existence since 1995. He also has been trained by Daniel Amen, M.D., in brain chemistry issues and how these issues impact an individual's well being.
