Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
"...Whoever you are, no matter how lonely, the world offers itself to your imagination..." (from Wild Geese by Mary Oliver) My aim is to help people connect with their authentic selves, and to reduce suffering brought about by old patterns and condtioning, by bringing a kind attention to the mind, body, and spirit. I integrate somatic awareness, heart-based practices, inquiry, imagination, mindfulness, EMDR, and attention to the therapeutic relationship, with the goal of helping you move towards greater happiness and wellbeing.
