Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
My greatest joy is watching my clients rediscover hope, and find success in resolving their challenges. Human beings naturally gravitate toward having a happy and healthy life. Healthy also means mental health. When you find yourself feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, or things might feel like they are falling apart around you, there is some part(s) of your being out of balance. I work with you to help you rediscover hope, and work toward regaining your life balance. I love my work. I meet you, my client, where you are, and work with you step by step, supporting you as you resolve challenges, work through difficult situation, or perhaps just need an unbiased set of ears to hear you. I am solution focused and work from an eclectic perspective, which means I use which ever treatment modality suites you best at any given time to help you achieve your goals. This is what helps you integrate as a whole being (mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually), so that you can realize your true and full potential.
