Personal Statement:
Accessing your emotions and finding your voice can help you feel happier and build more fulfilling relationships. In therapy we'll identify your needs, explore behavioral patterns, and help you access a greater range of feelings. I provide a safe place to engage and work through emotional challenges. Through our work together, you'll move beyond the stuck places to gain a deeper understanding of your needs and how to express them. Together we can find relief, personal growth, and increased creativity in your daily life. I have worked with people of all ages. My experience includes couples, individual and child therapy. I help with issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship struggles, and adjustment to life changes, such as death, birth or divorce. At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
