Personal Statement:
In a tranquil, caring and supportive atmosphere, I offer a creative here-and-now experience to overcome life's difficult situations.

Emphasizing the positive aspects of each individual allows greater freedom to explore possibilities that lead to a fuller and more content life. Encouraging each individual to explore himself or herself and to respect each person's uniqueness builds bridges to understanding.

Combining eclectic therapies tailored for each individual and the 12-step philosophy have been successful for me in working with children, adolescents, and adults in middle school and high school, juvenile hall, psychiatric hospital and private practice.

This experiential approach is successful for me in working with individuals of all ages, couples and families struggling with issues and diverse and death and dying; bereavement; addictions; parent/teen conflicts; parent/adult child disputes; blended families; communication barriers; intimate relationship difficulties; work-related problems; depression; anxiety; and individuals suffering chronic metal illness and their families.
