Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I have been seeing clients in the beach cities area for over 25 years and am well respected for my clinical excellence. I am available in the evenings and weekends. I see clients individually, as couples, and families, especially with problems relating to adolescence. I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders. My other clinical interests include working with clients that are phobic, anxious, stressed, or victims of trauma. I see many adolescent clients and their families, and couples with marital, premarital, or divorce related problems. Some of my clients have relationship problems with somebody at work, or find their work environment highly stressful and difficult to cope with. I am part of a group of six male and female therapists providing a wide range of services for every need. See our website at www.beachpsych.com. Most insurance plans accepted.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
