Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
As the Founder and Director at Cypress Clinic, my goal is to organize a team to develop and provide outstanding clinical services for comprehensive and individualized assessment and treatment for mental health issues to promote the well-being of help-seeking individuals and their families. Our experienced and dedicated team helps people with a range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, autism, addictions, anger problems, and relational issues. Assessment methods include clinical interviews, questionnaires, diagnostic checklists, computerized performance tests, and a qEEG Brain Map. A urine test is recommended for assessing brain neurotransmitter levels or substance abuse screening. Various modalities for an effective treatment are discussed and recommended, including psychotherapy, family therapy, or group therapy, as well as neurofeedback. I provided various workshops and talked on radio programs to promote awareness and practical skills on Emotional health and Mental well-being since 1996. As a Christian therapist, I have been involved in a Medical Mission team for Healing Trauma and Empowerment. Our excellent team at Cypress Clinic can help you overcome your difficulties by understanding your unique situation and promoting your strengths so that you live a happier and healthier life.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
