Personal Statement:
I specialize in treating eating disorders, PTSD, anxiety, panic, phobias, and chronic illness and pain. I also specialize in couples counseling and pre-marital counseling.

I offer the following therapy groups:
Relationship Skills Group: For adults who want to break through barriers to allowing more trust and intimacy in their closest relationships.

Loving Our Bodies: For women who binge and/or over-eat and want to learn to relate to food and eating, and their bodies in a healthy way that doesn't involve eating to numb uncomfortable feelings or loss of control.
