Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Thank you for choosing to look at my professional page. Do you have a relationship issue you have tried to solve on your own but not having as much success as you would like? It would be a privilege to come alongside and assist you in a kind, considerate and professional manner. I have been assisting others in similar relationship challenges since 1995. Many times the relationship issue at hand is the one we have with ourself during challenging life transitions. I realize that some of these transitions involve school, work, family, colleagues and friends. If not resolved in a reasonable time frame, these issues can lead to symptoms of depression and anxiety or other health issues. Let my professional training, background and experience be of help to you. I look forward to meeting you. 714.814.0207

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
