I believe we all live in a world of stories and meaning we attach to these stories become a template of how we feel about ourselves. The emotional outcome of this thinking can be depression, anxiety, and at other times, happiness.
What is the meaning of these stories?
We all have within us access to a great wisdom, but we may not know this until we speak out loud. In a place that feels safe enough for us to talk about what is really going on in our lives without fear of being judged, abandoned, or criticized.
