Personal Statement:
"Solution focused therapy for positive change", as a therapist, I specialize in working with individuals, families, couples, children and adolescents. My objective is to best assist you and/or your family in reaching your personalized, specific goals, unique to your lifestyle and situation. By working together we can identfy options that lead to positive, informed choices and with that, desired change.

My areas of specialty include relationship issues, abuse, trauma, communication, child/adolescent behavioral problems and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental; systems oriented and focused on helping you make the important differences in your life. Over 12 years of therapeutic experience, as well as, my personal experience as a spouse and parent allow me to provide insight and effectiveness into working with you to reach your goals.
