About My Practice

Office Hours
Services
I have had the opportunity of working with many individuals with a wide range of concerns such as relational issues, self-esteem, transitions, crisis, grief, anxiety, and depression. While working in community and agency based counseling centers, I have developed special interests in a number of areas that include: Children, Adolescents, Young Adults, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Foster Care, Adoption Topics, and Life Transitions. I find it a privilege to work with individuals in their therapeutic journey. The therapeutic process is a special relationship in which growth and trust results in change. I feel it is an honor to walk with people as they transform and mature, developing into the person they so desire to be. I look forward to working with you in your Therapeutic Journey!

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Redding, CA 96001

Approximately half of Dr. Copitch's practice involves children and families. The other half is devoted to individual therapy. And, as Dr. Copitch often jokes, "the third half of my work is devoted to school consultations, business consultations, and corporate trainings."
