Personal Statement:
I provide compassionate counseling to individuals and adolescents in transition. This includes those struggling with all aspects of life including life changes, parenting, professional struggles, alcohol abuse concerns, chronic health issues, menopause, school and teen pressures as well as goal-setting. Finding your way through stress, anxiety, depression and anger without losing a sense of yourself is what we will explore together. This is your journey, we will find a way to understand your situation better and improve your circumstances.

About My Practice

Office Hours
Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 6 pm. By Appointment only.
I provide empathic listening, stopping detrimental behavior patterns by learning cognitive behavioral skills, solution focused directions and planning in ways that meet your particular set of needs. I also provide Individualized Outpatient Alcohol Treatment which has a non-12step approach. Each person is different and brings a variety of concerns to the therapeutic setting. My goal is to help you find a path that will support the results you seek.
