Personal Statement:
I specialize in working with adults whose past traumatic experiences are affecting their present lives in an undesirable way. Using EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral approaches, I teach those struggling with anxiety, depression, irritability, lowered self-esteem, procrastination or indecisiveness how to overcome their negative thinking patterns. I am also passionate about working with couples and families seeking to improve communication and enhance their relationships.
