Personal Statement:
“Diana” has a private practice which specializes in the treatment of eating disorders. She has been licensed as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1993 and her entire career has focused on learning about and treating men, women and adolescents with disordered eating. She works closely with all members of the treatment team to optimize a healthy outcome. She is currently affiliated with Barbara Christie, MS RD, a nutrition therapist with 20 years experience in treating eating disorders. Together they co lead “Intuitive Eating” workshops and support groups. Diana is warm, compassionate, and straightforward. She uses a practical cognitive behavioral approach to assist people in developing a healthy relationship with their food, weight, and body image issues, while also helping them to understand and resolve the underlying issues.
