Description of my therapy

Basis:
My therapeutic approach is based on a humanistic growth oriented philosophy.

Counseling Process:
The counseling process and the duration of treatment is dependent on the client’s response, problems, needs and goals. The techniques incorporated are aimed at supporting the achievement of the client’s goals. I offer a brief therapeutic approach, and conduct long term counseling at the client’s request

Family Systems Model:
I utilize a family systems model while counseling children and adolescents. I educate, support and facilitate a positive problem solving therapeutic approach toward the healing and attainment of well being.
