Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
If you are struggling with feelings of anger, isolation, anxiety, or depression, psychotherapy may help. Working together, we will explore the questions and conflicts that prevent you from living more authentically and being more comfortable in yourself. Through mindfulness practices, you will gain insight into the ways that you separate yourself from the full experience of life and relationship with others. Through an exploration of your history and the narrative of your life, you will experience yourself in new and original ways. As you get to know yourself more intimately, you will gain a deeper intimacy in your relationships with others.
