Personal Statement:
"Effective Solutions for Life's Challenges" underscores my approach to working with clients. My philosophy is holistic: recognizing the connection of body-mind-spirit, and is respectful of each client's beliefs, culture, and sexual orientation. Part of my commitment to my clients is through my own ongoing education and skill development. Therefore, my therapeutic work incorporates Cognitive-Behavioral, EMDR, and hypnosis, as appropriate, into a plan of action developed for each individual. Overall, the environment of my practice, Life Focus Center, strives to provide therapy in a caring, comfortable, and supportive manner.
