Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Hello! I believe that you are your own best teacher, and my role is to help you tap into your inner wisdom. Sometimes it is difficult to find that inner teacher, and you may need help to discern the voice of wisdom from the other voices that habitually demand your attention. You may experience this as excessive worry, heightened anxiety, deep sadness, a lost of vitality, or as a sense of confusion about life’s goals and meaning. I can help you navigate life's challenges, learn more about who you are, and grow into your potential. I bring years of study and personal work into the room, but the most important thing that you’ll find in me, is an open and welcoming heart, that is ready to stand witness to your personal journey.
