For the last 15 years Dr. Kolve has successfully treated patients with above symptoms. She has utilized a unique integrative blend of physiology and psychology. Besides her master’s degrees in marriage and family counseling, doctorate in psychology, she also holds a master’s degree in physiology with 8 years of neurophysiology research at UCLA School of Medicine.

Dr. Kolve specializes in treatment of anxiety, adult and childhood trauma. She is an experienced practitioner of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitizationa nd Reporocessing), a modality that has been established as an effective treatment for trauma and trauma related symptoms. She also utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, hypnosis, attachment, somatic and interpersonal neurobiology in her practice.
