Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I am here to support people in finding healthier and more satisfying ways to engage in life. Having the right resources in life can make a tremendous difference that can extend into many, if not all areas of life. If you are looking to learn new ways of responding to life stress, feel you would benefit from a professional helping you to sort through troubling situations, or if you want to create more satisfying relationships, healthier lifestyle, or ways to bring new parts of yourself into your life and the world, I can help you learn to identify and practice strategies for healthy growth. Many of my clients are also sometimes creative and discovering clarity or "what works." I work with people proactively towards either short-term goals or for longer-term, based on your specific needs and what works for you.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone.
