Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I CAN HELP YOU. TOGETHER WE CAN ADDRESS WHAT KEEPS YOU AWAKE AT NIGHT. I specialize in helping pre-teens, teens and their families take a healthy path over the bridge from childhood to adulthood. Get help from a trained and experienced professional who has been in the trenches as a parent and can offer you 'Real World' help, compassion and a few giggles along the way. Call if you need parental support or general teen therapy including, but not limited to, dealing with bullying, divorce, social anxiety, social skill-building, challenging moods and behaviors, relationships, and groups for girls about personal empowerment and healthy dating choices. My passion is in helping teens find their own healthy individuality, motivation and personal success. Get help with those frustrating and exhausting aspects of parenting that get you down. Get on track with each other and work towards having the family experience you have dreamed about. Experience this in a warm and welcoming private atmosphere. (Individuals/Groups). I offer Grief Counseling for all ages and youth groups for anti-bullying, social anxiety and girl empowerment related to social relationships and dating. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Carlsbad, CA

I provide a therapeutic environment that allows individuals and couples to explore ideas, beliefs, life experiences, thoughts and feelings that may stand in the way of being who you truly want to be. I can help point out repeating dysfunctional patterns that may exsist in relationships at home, at work and with friends and family.I teach people how to respond in their lives versus getting caught in reacting to personalities and events.
