Personal Statement:
Do you need help in navigating everyday challenges or more impactful events? My client-centered approach is rooted in neurobiology and utilizes proven effective brain body techniques such as EMDR, Brainspotting and EFT. My clients are individuals, Teens children 7yrs+ and Families whom have found this approach very helpful in helping them overcome the issues they are dealing with and allow them to move forward with increased self awareness and resiliency. I specialize in treating Trauma, Anxiety&Panic, Depression&Grief, relational issues and phobias. I provide a safe supportive, mindful environment, where we can work together to help you overcome the challenges you have been facing.
