Personal Statement:
I am a seasoned therapist with over 30 years of experience treating adult individuals, couples and groups. My background includes many different approaches to helping people, including Depth Psychology, Jungian Therapy, Self Psychology, Narrative therapy, Social Therapy, EMDR and Somatic Experiencing Trauma Healing. I have a great interest in working with grief, especially losses from childhood. I have a strong Spiritual orientation with profound faith in the natural drive towards wholeness and healing that resides in everyone. I see my role as awakening, encouraging and nourishing that drive, which can open the door to a sense of goodness, vitality, creativity, compassion and joy. I invite you to join me in a very gentle, gradual, and powerful process to discover together where and how the natural flow of your life has gotten stalled and to create the conditions needed to awaken and restore that flow.
