Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I will accompany and guide you on your path toward healing, growth, and integration. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or emotional uncertainty, you will see your experience in a new light. You may have experienced trauma, are coping with a physical illness, need help parenting your child, or want to examine your own childhood experiences. I can also help with issues relating to adoption and infertility. I am skilled in a variety of techniques (somatic, mindfulness, energy work, talk therapy), and we will work together to determine which is best for you. I use several mind-body techniques, including EMDR, Brainspotting, Emotional Freedom Technique and the Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy. Mindfulness and a focus on the body and its energy field are key components of this work. Please call me for more information on these techniques. I offer a no-charge phone consultation and a low-cost introductory session.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
