Personal Statement:
Is it time for a change? Are you feeling depressed, anxious, lost, tired or even angry? Do you feel stuck in your relationship? Do you need a safe place to explore what’s holding you back? Together, we will use and develop your strengths to overcome life's obstacles. I will provide honest, direct feedback, support and new skills to resolve your concerns. You’ll learn to access your own personal voice to regain a sense of control and responsibility. Eventually, you’ll start taking risks, make better choices for yourself, and find a greater sense of happiness and fulfillment. I have successfully helped clients struggling with anxiety, phobias, depression, addictions, compulsive behaviors, relationship issues, codependency, sexuality, gender issues, parenting, adoption, fostering, immigration, creativity, existential/spiritual questions, bereavement, and vocational concerns. My therapy services are about FREEDOM THROUGH CONNECTIVITY. It is about no longer being a prisoner or victim of your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, or history.
