Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Esther Wei is skilled at helping clients untangle their blurry webs of feelings and thoughts, enabling them to clarify and identify their needs, desires, and dreams. She provides a safe, empathetic environment so that clients feel heard and supported while they develop healthy relational and coping strategies. She welcomes clergy or leaders in the helping professions who may benefit from critical support for their relationships and families in a confidential counseling setting. Esther enjoys helping others understand God’s development of their lives from a holistic perspective encompassing the spiritual and bio-psycho-social aspects. Esther possesses a varied background in engineering, the corporate world, and nonprofits that allow her to understand a broad range of life/work contexts from which clients may come. As the daughter of Taiwanese immigrants, she is also able to facilitate exploration of Asian American bi-cultural identity/family issues. Visit RelationalRepair.com for more information.
