Personal Statement:
I work with individuals, children and families suffering from depression, anxiety or relationship difficulties. I am trained i Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), to help those with childhood trauma. Also, I use psycho-dynamic approach as well as cognitive therapy in order to bring insight and resolution to the problems. Furthermore, my self-esteem groups as well as my parenting groups and workshops help my clients to even gain more insight in their inner world.I strongly believe in the healing power of the relationship between a client and therapist. I look forward to hear from you and your issues. I accept some insurances.
