Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
“Life can be challenging. All of us need extra support at different times in our lives. Many people seek help when they feel that their old way of dealing with life’s challenges is no longer working for them. If you are tired of repeating the same patterns, then it’s time to find new tools and life skills to address these issues. Today can be a new beginning where you are just one step closer to feeling empowered and starting a positive path to greater happiness, growth, and well being.

If you’re looking for extra support or guidance through a tough situation, tired of feeling anxious or depressed, if your relationships are not as fulfilling as you would like, or you’re just ready to move in a new life direction, then I look forward to working with you and helping you to achieve your goals. I see adults, teens, children, couples, and families.”

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
