Personal Statement:
Do you feel lost and alone? Do you look in the mirror and wonder what happened to me? If you feel this way, I can help. I offer a place where you can express exactly how you are feeling. Through this expression of your authentic feelings to anothr human being, you will begin to find your way back to your life. Together we will work towards making your life simpler and less stressful. If you feel that you have lost your self along the way, or lost your health, a beloved person, a relationship, a pet, or a career, your life has changed. I will support you as you start to put the pieces of your life back together. You may think you should be able to get over these losses on your own, It really helps to talk about what you are going through with someone who is an interested and a professionally trained listener.
