Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Words alone often fail us in expressing deeply held emotional pain or trauma. Interweaving talk therapy with creative process, We can use artmaking, storytelling, visualizations, sandtray,EMDR,and Mindfulness Training to help identify and transform undesirable habits, negative beliefs, and blocked feelings. We begin to feel reconnected and at ease with our true selves when emotional knots are loosened and feelings unstuck, allowing us to find the path to healing.
