Personal Statement:
Gail has created a unique approach to helping people change. Using psycho-dynamic, cognitive, and behavioral approaches, as well as guided imagery, hypnosis, and meditative techniques she will teach you how to connect with your own inner healing systems. Gail is skilled at understanding the language and healing potential of the unconscious mind.Her goal is to honor and respect the uniqueness of each individual, and to empower you to access your internal resources and infinite potential for profound growth and healing.

GAIL TENNANT began her career as a therapist over 30 years ago. She has worked as a teacher, school counselor, therapist in psychiatric hospitals, and social worker and has been on the staff of Children’s Hospital in Oakland & Berkeley High Health Center. She currently supervises students and interns, sees adults, adolescents, couples and families. Specializes in treating chronic pain, illness, depression and anxiety with hypnosis, and also in working with older adolescents.
