Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
If you or your family members are dissatisfied with how your life is going or you are having trouble coping with difficulties, it can leave you feeling unfulfilled and out of touch with joy, creativity and meaningful relationships. I would like to help you explore ways to solve those problems in order to turn your life’s path in a more satisfactory direction.

I have more than 20 years experience in working with individuals, children, teens and families in the Pasadena and Glendale areas. Because of my extensive training, I have a wide range of skills to better assist your healing journey, including art therapy, play therapy and family therapy.

I look forward to getting to know you and exploring methods you can use to get back on track in your life.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
