I have been a licensed California psychotherapist for almost 20 years.
During sessions with me, clients can learn:

- To be more loving towards themselves.
- To become more aware of their own painful habits.
- To believe that they can change these habits and patterns.
Because my orientation is body-oriented, I study with my clients the ways in which they can let go of conditioning and habituated thoughts, so that they can become more energetic, happy and vital.
