Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families and organizations get along better by managing conflict, stress and anger in healthier ways. When you struggle with communication breakdowns, or feel overwhelmed with what you're facing in life, counseling helps you look at these struggles from a fresh perspective. From that fresh perspective you might notice that constructive change becomes easier and clearer. I use a variety of proven techniques to help people feel better faster. In addition to a private counseling, and consulting practice, I also provided individual career guidance counseling. This one on one program includes testing of personality, interests, aptitudes and values to help you identify the right career for you. You will leave with a clear blueprint to a career that suits your passions and skills. Additional support in interview coaching, resume development and job search strategies is also available as needed.Call me and lets discuss how I can help you clarify and achieve your goals.
