Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I work hard to provide a safe place which is accepting and comfortable for people to work through their concerns and quickly and thoroughly as possible to get on with life. I work with people who feel stuck regarding personal relationship problems performance or relationship problems at work, grief or loss (including trauma), self-doubt, chronic pain, or who just want to figure themselves out and decide what they want to do with their lives. I work a lot with Christians, including worth with those in business or ministry leadership. I am comfortable working with people of other spiritual or lifestyle persuasions.

Most of the people who have worked with me told me they felt more comfortable with themselves and others, spoke up for themselves more easily, worked better, and sensed they had a much better handle on life.

Call me. You don’t have to carry all that weight alone.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
