Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Life can be challenging. Depending on our circumstances, some struggle more than others. My approach is holistic. I take a look at the circumstances that can be improved/changed, and to the coping skills that can be learn/taught. I believe that each one of us is different, and for that reason, our balance in life can only be found by exploration through talk therapy. I am one of the professionasl who can give you the tools so that you can find your way "home."
