Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Because the relationship between therapist and client is so important, I encourage you to take advantage of my free thirty-minute interview so that we can meet, assess your needs, and give you the opportunity to see if you feel comfortable with me as well. There is no obligation with the interview. My private studio/office was built for counseling and is a unique environment where I am privileged to work with many wonderful individuals and couples. I work with both short-term counseling, as well as long-term analysis and growth-oriented modalities.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
