Personal Statement:
I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy, an approach that has proven effectiveness by helping couples increase their positive connection and empathic feelings towards each other thereby reducing fighting and conflict. I also utilize Sensorimotor Somatic psychotherapy to help people make deep, lasting change in difficulties with anxiety, depression, trauma, relating to others, and any individual or interpersonal challenge.
